Deer Park hosts Winterfest, Settlers Day, which is the oldest parade in the State of Washington. Surrounding near by are two lakes, Loon and Deer which are both spectacular. As a celebration of winter, Deer Park hosts a Winterfest every year and includes a 5K Footrace, the Mayor's Proclamation, Honored Citizen, and the winner of the Logo Design Contest.
