Our job is to focus on prepping your home for market and promoting it to our extensive network of qualified buyers so that you can sell for the price you want, in the timeframe you want. Here's how the process works, from start to finish.
Consultation
We begin by connecting with you - ideally in person, and at your property. We consult with you about your needs: Why you are moving; when you are aiming to close on the sale; what you are looking for in a real estate agent and company. We listen to you and learn about your situation and your expectations.
Pricing
Together we will review the valuation analysis of your property. As a top broker, I have a deep knowledge of the market, as well as a clear understanding of current market conditions. Having listed and sold hundreds of homes in Washington and Idaho, I am also able to call upon my wealth of experience to help with pricing for your home sale success.
Home Prep Guidance
We will help orchestrate any prep work that your property requires prior to coming on the market. Typically, this might include any or all of the following: painting; home repairs; window cleaning; house cleaning; professional staging.
The scope of work is different for each property, as is each seller's budget. We will guide and assist you in creating a prep work plan, so that you can hire experienced professionals to complete the work you decide to do.
